I offer professional massage therapy and related services, including:

• Couch-Based Assisted Stretching

All treatments are intended to support relaxation, recovery, and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a full or partial charge, at our discretion.

• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time but will still be charged at the full rate.

5. Health Conditions & Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions prior to treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, surgeries, allergies, skin conditions, and chronic illnesses.
We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment if we believe it is not safe to proceed, based on the information provided or observed.
You are responsible for keeping your health information up to date with us before each session.

6. Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must remain present during the session.

7. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include cash and card.

• Prices will be confirmed upon booking.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to me. I collect and store personal and health information solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments.
Your data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time.

While I aim to provide a safe and professional service, I am not liable for any injury or adverse reaction unless caused by proven negligence.
