Hi, I’m Ben. I’ve been working as a Sports Massage Therapist for the past 5 years, helping clients improve performance, recover faster, and prevent injuries.

My journey into therapy began during my time in the Ambulance Service, working as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. That experience sparked my passion for understanding the human body and supporting people in their health and wellbeing.
I’ve always loved sport—from weight training, football, rugby, and squash to cycling and the gym—and I continue to stay active today. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from ultra-endurance athletes to those managing general aches and pains.
I also receive sports massage regularly myself, so I know first-hand just how beneficial it can be.
MY STUDIO
My studio is a calm, professional space designed for both recovery and relaxation.
Whether you’re an athlete looking for targeted sports rehabilitation or someone managing everyday aches and pains, I tailor each treatment to your needs.
The room is equipped with a supportive therapy bed, soft blankets, and specialist tools to create a comfortable and effective environment.
With a focus on easing tension, improving mobility, and supporting long-term wellness, my goal is to help you feel better in your body — whether it’s getting back to training or simply moving through daily life with greater ease.
